Very nice property, friendly staff, breakfast was good, but started a bit late. My room was very clean, as was the common areas of the property, with the exception of the area out front where overnight guests had made a mess. This should have been cleaned up right away. That said, it was clean when I checked in.

Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we found the room lacking in amenities. Although there was a duvet, there was no top sheet on the bed. And the bottom sheet was not fitted for the mattress and you could not tuck it in. On retrospect, maybe there was no bottom sheet. There were no hand towels, but upon asking we were provided a third bath towel. A liter of bottled water was provided, but there were no glasses in the room, but paper cups provided when requested at the front desk. Maybe these issues relate to attempts at water conservation (less water used for cleaning) or more likely the relatively inexpensive cost (however our experience at similarly priced hotels has been better)
