"Not what I expected to be a resort. The room did not look as perfect like the picture online. I did not want to be on the side building We had to walk upstairs to 3rd floor. I rather been in the main building…I’ve gotten my car towed because I did not know where to park thought I parked in the right place. The outdoor pool was wonderful for my kids. "

"The rooms are very old and outdated. Our bathroom door wouldn't even shut. Carpet is disgusting. There's a mold in the corner in the shower above. The ceiling is tons of mold and mildew on the balcony of the right hand side look like it was falling off. it's definitely disconnected from the wall. All of the dishes were sticky. The view has a crane in it. There's no luggage rack."

"Check in scheduled at 4 pm but room wasn’t ready until 6:45 pm. Upon arrival in room I noticed the stove was pulled out from the wall about 2 inches. I tried to push it back into place without success. My son found that there were multiple pieces of large trash behind it. A pizza box and a towel were among those items. There were also several other pieces of trash and old snacks on the floor. There were NO blankets on any of the beds. Called and requested them but several hours later we went to the front desk to get them and were only given a heavy sheet. The pools and hot tubs were dirty and there was a live cat inside of the enclosure where the water slide was. The kiddie water park was closed as well as the lazy river. Overall very disappointing spring break ending. "

"We were sick when there. It was awful! But the staff were so kind! They even came and gave an extra cleaning when they didn’t have to. They were so sweet! This was our 2nd time staying here, & it was wonderful again. "

"The resort itself was fantastic. The views, the pools, cleanliness, hospitality, was all wonderful. The beds on the other hand, a completely different story. The beds were beyond "firm" like sleeping on a rock perhaps, after the first night, my spouse and i resorted to sleeping on the sleeper sofa, not much better as it was not comfortable either but better than the bed itself"
