"Nice affordable place to stay. Certainly not a Marriott or Hilton, but I didn’t expect that. Clean room. The pool was amazing and just like it looked in the photos. And we love the transportation to the nearby Metro. I would say the very young staff is not that good at customer service. We had Internet problems at one point and the lady didn’t really care. Thing to remember when you check in if you have any ailments at all, they have golf carts that will take you up the hill to your room. ...

"The location was great, very close to the Vatican area. The hotel staff was very nice, the laundry area was a great plus and the rooftop breakfast was very nice. We had the basic 2 bedroom apartment and I would say it was ok but really needs some updating. The doors hardly closed and made horrible noise. The bathroom shower grout was dirty. The beds were rock hard and pillows so paper thin. There is one small couch in the living room area - definitely not enough space for 5 people to sit. Size...

"La atención del personal es muy buena. La habitación era amplia y limpia, sin embargo se notó la falta de mantenimiento, ya que las camas no eran muy cómodas, uno de los baños tenía problemas con la cisterna y una de las puertas no cerraba bien."

"The unit was appointed very nicely, we had a problem with the chairs at the table squeaking on the floor. The Neighbor’s chairs were scraping across the floor into the night. Put cushions on the bottom of the chairs. "
