"The hotel room was very modern and clean. Our room was a little small, but the bathroom was large. Staff were always friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet each morning was great. We had no problems with the room, although it did not have a mini-fridge. The hotel location was close to the Vatican City and the metro station."

"Strange set up where, at all times, you had to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool. Bit weird. Staff more interested in talking to their colleagues than acknowledge a customer stood in-front of them. Made a request months in advance for 2 rooms next to each other. Didn’t happen. Restaurant menu in the evening limited and very little interest in accomodating requests."

"We stayed here one night and it was perfect! Our child loved playing in the playground outside, and the blackout blinds were great for sleeping. Only negative is the room sound insulation - we can hear other people from their rooms if they were noisy."

"Very nice place. To my surprise there is a very nice chapel available to spent time in prayer and meditation. The staff is very friendly and helful. Kudos to Kenneth that was a life saver loaning me an European phone charger and finding a taxi during the 24-hour Strike in Rome. Breakfast is pretty good but the smile and energy of Giovanni were the best. I definitely will stay again. Coffee is excellent. 10/10"

"The hotel is quaint and beautiful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for seeing the sites and centrally located on a quiet street. Within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum as well as cafes and restaurants. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful from before our arrival until we left. I would highly recommend!"

"Location is not ideal, quite a distance to restaurants/coffee shops; sandwiched between two VERY busy thoroughfares and as such it’s extremely loud at all hours. Hotel not at all as presented online, it’s very dated, especially bathrooms (moldy tiles in the tiny tub/shower): the decor is a tacky mess with neon lights, faux flowers adorning plaster statues, and terrible wallpaper throughout. We were so disappointed. All made worse by a dismissive front desk team who were the opposite of...
