"The staff (Irene) was excellent; very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. The check- in with Irene was very smooth and fast. The other Staff - Nadia and Ashwini, were very good as well. We had problems with our own phone charger that we brought and Ashwini was able to help us with the chargers from their own supply."

"The room was clean but they did not replenish anything when they would clean. We went and asked for soap and shampoo and he asked for the room number and never brought either. Breakfast was the only advantage."

"The hotel and its amenities are very well appointed. We loved the vibe of the hotel. The people are all very kind and ready to help. We love the location as well. It’s only a few minutes away from the Trevi Fountain and a lot of other tourist spots. The hotel is very clean. Their Hotel Imperiale Restaurant is has an amazing array of breakfast selection. It is true that they have the best food in the area. We have tried quite a few but they remained the best."

"The Hotel was close walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Sara at the front desk was helpful, made arrangements to have us picked from the airport.. Facilities are clean and the room was spacious for a family of four."

"Clean, well-equipped hotel. Near the Vatican and Trasvestere, but the hotel shuttle or a taxi are necessary for sight seeing. Staff is helpful and multi-lingual. Full breakfast is available, can be included with room charge (15 Euro/day), or per meal (20 Euro/meal). There are hot water pots and instant coffee or tea in rooms, but coffee/espresso machines in the breakfast rooms. Pool is large and unheated, but refreshing on a hot summer day. There is a lane roped off for lap swimming. Pool bar...

"This property is due for refresh. They did have a bed set up for our son as requested. However it fell apart. We don’t know why, but one of the support boards was split a taped together. They did come look right away and fixed it but really one of the boards was already broken. The chair at the desk had a broken leg so you really couldn’t use it without it tilting. The bathroom faucet wobbled. The breakfast was not good. Watery eggs, etc. The staff were all very pleasant. But overall it was...
