An oasis in the centre of Rome! From check-in to check-out, this place surpassed expectations. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Beds and linens very comfortable. Solid quality bath towels. Very clean. Loved the resident cat and turtle. Breakfast whic was included was an incredible spread! Walking distance to most sites (10 to Trastevere; 20 to Piazza Navona; 30 to Vatican; 45 to Colosseum). Highly recommend! Will definitely return when in Rome.

Beautiful stay in Trastevere. From the staff to the room, everything was dialed in. It’s off the beaten path, but it was perfect for us. 15 minute walk to Vatican City, 6 minute walk to restaurants and drinks. Benedicta was the mixologist at the bar. She gave us great cocktails and dinner recommendations. Can’t recommend Horti 14 enough.

Great location close to Trastevere as only took 15-20min to walk to great restaurants and bars. Would stay in this area again. Nice quiet property and we were welcomed by two lovely ladies who even walked us to our room. Hotel was helpful in arranging transportation to and from the hotel. Think we got the last room which I believe was the wheelchair accessible room. Was clean but nothing fancy for sure. Booked for proximity and the free breakfast but we seem to be an inconvenience to all the staff serving us breakfast and coffee. This was surprising as it was the 1st time we felt this on our 10 day trip. Despite the great welcome, location, this is a 3 star compared to all other hotels we’ve stayed out. Would have rated it a 4 star should we have felt more welcomed in the restaurant. Grazie to the front ladies as they were so lovely and want management to know that.

We had an unforgettable experience. The room was spacious, clean and very modern. Hotel staff is very helpful and attentive to details. Breakfast was amazing, with a variety of delicious options daily and waiters were very attentive.

The hotel is beautiful. The location is great for exploring the neighbourhood. There were some little things that could have enhanced the stay but not a deal breakers. An in room coffee maker would have been great, no wine glasses or glassware in the room just paper cups. Great stay in a beautiful hotel with lovely staff.

This property was exactly what I was looking for in my stay while in Rome. It was very quiet and the grounds were upkept and very lush. I loved the surrounding area for great food at a slower pace than what you’re going to see in the heart of Rome. Better food too in my opinion. The room was super comfortable, clean and had every amenity you could think of. The complimentary water was a great amenity as well. I would certainly not hesitate to stay here again for any future visits to Rome.

This hotel was exceptional - from the beautiful layout of the property with all its greenery, to the huge room with the comfiest bed, the impressive breakfast spread to the friendly staff. Even the resident tortoise was charming. Trastevere is a really lovely area to stay in and this hotel is close enough to the action but also remarkably quiet and private. So close to the river and walkable to central Rome. Will definitely be back!

Great location!

It was the perfect place! Great location you can walk to the Vatican which was a huge plus. The front desk employees were the nicest people! The room was really nice and super comfortable. Highly recommend!
