"Staff was rude . Not helpful . Will not be returning"

"This property was the best one I have been a guest in years. All categories get a two -thumbs up from me!"

"This hotel is an oasis. The external neighborhood is your basic off-the-freeway strip mall area, which means it is a convenient location for places you might want to go. But once you are inside, you enter a peaceful, almost resort-style environment. The staff was very attentive to our requests - which included putting a 2nd chair in the room. "Very new and nicely staffed hotel."

"On our drive from Ontario to Arizona we always stop at this hotel. It’s our 1st stop heading out & our last stop heading home in April. We have always been happy with this hotel. The cleanliness & breakfast have all stayed at the standard we expect. The staff have all been welcoming & helpful."

"Very friendly staff and was surprised about how many options the free breakfast had."

"When we checked in, Eric was at the front desk and he was extremely polite and very helpful."

"Gtgggg"

I told the front desk and they took care of it while we were out. The place felt like there were people that lived there full time. I'm don't know for sure. The doors to the rooms slammed...
