"Trendy boutique hotels don’t cut it for me. Very little storage, smallish room, mediocre towels. No free coffee. Suggested parking garage has no elevator. Not worth the price"

There is a breakfast/dinner restaurant there, but the prices are insane. Regardless, the stay was fine for what we needed it to be. There are some fast food places around that you can walk to (dominos, rallys, etc). You have to pay $7 for parking, even though Expedia said parking was included, but it’s not. "Communication was great leading up to check in. I had no problems accessing parking or the room. Room was clean and comfortable. "

"The safety measures at this hotel were horrible. 1st- we checked in and the front desk person announcement the room number of the couple in front of us and also announced our room number while other people were in the lobby. Secondly, the door to the outside would not lock and anyone could have access to the rooms in the hotel. We did not feel safe at all and ended up not staying and losing out of $155."

"Hot tub is closed permanently. Bartender had no idea what she was doing, there was garbage overflowing from garbage cans. The only plus was the front desk, she was so friendly!"

"The hotel is dated and not very welcoming. It is in need of an extreme makeover. There are newer places in the area. Please take the time to read the Google reviews on this hotel. We wish we had … We are travelling to Fort Wayne on a monthly basis now and will not be staying at this Best Western - even if the nightly rate seems reasonable. "
