"This is a small and unique property, with a very welcoming staff. It is a "throw back" to the times when hotels were a special place and not a chain commodity. The rooms were large and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Vieux Carre, but far enough away from the madness of Bourbon Street. Our room had the best hotel shower ever - which says a lot about the quality of the property in general. I would not hesitiate to stay there again."

"Die zimmer sind schön groß. Hat alles was man benötigt. Bügelbrett+Eisen, kaffeemaschine und kleinen Kühlschrank. Das Bett war bequem und der pool war am abend sehr entspannend. Die lage war sehr gut. Es war ruhig und zu fuss alles gut erreichbar.Frühstück war inordnung, sehr einfach gehalten, das nötigsten hat man bekommen."

"This hotel was very nice and very affordable. Just like a 15 minute walk from the Quarter. The indoor pool/spa was a great feature. It was a rainy weekend when we were there and they put out a bunch of umbrellas for guests to grab, which was a very nice feature. Only downside...the key cards and readers do not work well. They are temperamental. We got locked out of the room a couple times. So keep your ID on you when you leave the room, and make sure that your wife/husband/partner is listed on...

"First time in New Orleans and this hotel was perfect. Very elegant and centrally located to everything you want to do in the French Quarter. Only downside is the rooms are on the smaller side but everything about this hotel was great. Will definitely be staying here next time I visit"

"This hotel was beautiful! A group of us came in for a wedding for Memorial Day weekend, and last minute this hotel came up. I decided to cancel my other hotel & go with this and I'm glad i did! It's a stunning hotel & perfect location. 2 out of the 3 rooms were suites, so we had windows off Saint Charles/canal. Only minor downfall was it can be loud at night, but that's expected. "We had a nice stay at the Hyatt House. Kristin at the front desk was wonderful! The room was a nice size, the bed comfy and the room amenities were perfect for our stay. The price per night was fair and everyone was friendly. If you have to use the parking garage I thought that price was pretty high, but we just used Lyft for our transportation needs."
