"Telephone system didn't work so you could call the desk. They only put 2 towels in a room for a family of 4, then said they ran out of towels when asked for additional. The carpet in the rooms was aborably dirty. When we spilt a little water from our cooler, we used a towel to clean it up. It came up black (not gray). "Check in was very efficient! Facilities were clean and breakfast items were delicious!! The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. Pillows are too small and soft. Mattress feels worn. (Even with “Topper”) The TV volume would not go below “10” setting. Only option is to “Mute” sound. Room assigned was not same as one described in reservation made. It did not include a kitchen!"

"When i got there the young man was nice. But no toilet paper in room. Room was never serviced in four days. And i had to ask for clean towels after three days and had to go back to office again to get clean towels. And the pool was green on the 4th of July and couldn't enjoy it with my daughter . Truthfully I'm not very happy."

"Spacious room. The sink had issues. It filled with dirt on two separate occasions for no explainable reason. I was moved to a different room where the A/C unit was incredibly noisy. But I still slept OK. The bar and lounge area is a lot of fun. Very nice bartenders. The pool is dated and needs a renovation. The concrete inside the pool is full of holes. The whole hotel looks like it could use a coat of paint and maybe some simple upgrades. Good value for the price paid and great location to...

"I have stayed in similar motels but this one was the worst experience ever. Old smelly / dirty carpet welcomes you upon entering the room. The bathroom looked like one of and abandon country house with rusty faucet and shower handles, wobbling toilet seat in short disgusting to say the least. The only positive aspect was the clean linen."
