One of the rooms had mold in the bathroom and the front desk did not allow the guests to switch rooms for the first night. Only offered to move them to a neighboring hotel for an extra charge. Were able to move to a different room for the second night."

I will say the people staying there may let their pets pee on the side stairs, cause there was a definite oder. otherwise, close to the freeway, walkable if you need it.
