Parking was fine. The staff were great, especially the lady cleaning the rooms and the lady handling the sign-in for the rooms. We would use the Northwood whenever we were in Turtle Lake. I needed sometime to myself after putting my dog of 10 years down so I came to your hotel for some hot tub time. I was pleased with the fact I was all alone but the water temp was only warm. This was a huge disappointment for me, but everything else was great. Diane
