"I paid for a view room but my room was facing a tall building in front of me across the street! When I informed the front office they said that’s their city view!!! So make sure you don’t pay extra for views. I’ll post the picture of my view room. Also although the window was closed you could still hear all the street noises and the cars. It’s located very close to highway ramp. The room was nice and clean and staff very polite"

The room was spacious enough to hold 5 luggage bags!! I was traveling for between two work conferences. I traveled with my sister and we had two queen beds. The queen beds were so comfortable, it made some mornings difficult to get out of bed and head to our work conference! I never made it to breakfast but did have a cup of...

"This property shows well online; however, I found the actual experience to be somewhat disappointing. Rooms are highly value engineered and very cramped. I booked a single king-sized bedroom with a city view for two adults. The configuration of the floorplan is such that the bathroom amenities are in the room's entryway. There are so many features crammed into the entry way it's impossible for two people to get ready at the same time. hangar space is limited by your suitcase, and your shower...

"The hotel is well located, room was solid. The A/C in my room wasn’t working, instead of offering to move me I went back to the room at night to a note saying they got me a heater - which they didn’t. Staff was kind and tried to help but time and time again I was told one thing and got another."

"The lift ping was so loud that we were wakened by it regularly in the night. Bedrooms need calmers to soften the noise as they close. Also had us awake in the night. Nice hotel but not for you if you want undisturbed sleep."
