"It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The second room wasn’t used as our friends rather drive 2 hours back home before staying there. Was it the blood sined sheet in both rooms (I have pictures of it all), the burners was in the sink didn’t work, tv no remote and they said they don’t have it and no way to turn on tv, my second room had tape that held on the window and the locks wear dangling and with 1/4 inch gap on the door opening made it wonderful for people to look into. Very sketch...

Una quedó mal tendida con las sábanas sueltas. El jacuzzi no estaba funcionando, información que no supimos y nos habría gustado disfrutar ese espacio. Los niños gozaron la alberca. Los restaurantes buenos. En general, agradable estacia."

"Came for Derby and paid a very high price for this place, ($600/night!) Way overpriced for the quality of hotel. If you want to sleep in the middle of a freeway and listen to it all night, this is your place. Also, the in room amenities are non-existent. There is a little coffee maker but they give you paper cups and only one pre-filled coffee filter per day! We will not be coming back."

"For the price they charged, they should clean the rooms every day. They only dumped off towels and emptied the garbage every other day."

"This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. "
