"Front desk overnight was terrible. He completely ignored me to finish his game on his phone.
Bed sheets and blanket were dirty and when you asked the front desk for help he said he had no access to clean linen. Then when we asked for a late check out the morning guy told us flat out no because housekeeping would yell at him."

"HORRIBLE! First, they didn’t have the King Superior room I booked. They said they gave it away to a walk in. Got out in a dirty room with two tiny full/queen beds. AC was off, so room was 80+ and took hours to cool. Poop splattered under the bathroom sink. Dead bug on the sink ledge. And cockroaches throughout the stay. We left and got a better hotel, with no credit or refund. Do not stay here"

If you choose to stay here, these are the things that I encountered in my two nights stay as a disabled woman with a service animal.
Be prepared to pay $250 as a deposit for your service animal.
Because as I was told, the Hilton is not animal friendly . Be prepared to show proof that your animal is in fact a service animal .
Be Prepared to have a small breakdown !
Be prepared if you need to use the elevator, your mobility device may not fit while others...

"At check in, I was asked, “do you need a working TV”? Very musty / mildew smell when I entered the room. Very run down and dated rooms. Paneling on bathroom door was peeling off. Clear packing tape was used to try to keep paneling on door. No shampoo. I asked for shampoo, but front desk couldn’t access housekeeping storage area. Terrible bed sheets and uncomfortable mattress. Woke up in middle of night to use the bathroom and saw 2 roaches in the bathroom. At least the room had hot water and...
