"Was not impressed by my first stay here. We were "assigned" a room appropriate for someone with disabilities, which we did not request nor met the criteria for someone who needed handle rails in the bathroom. When we inquired about a room change on the night we checked in, we were told that they did not have another king room, but the request would be sent to the day staff. That apparently did not happen, and on day 2, the a/c went out. We requested new accommodations again, and at 12:45 a.m., a couple of hours after speaking with a front desk representative, we were offered a new room. Needless to say we declined and checked out early that morning. Would not stay here again. "
