"I overall enjoyed my stay at Tru. By Hilton. Valet and staff were really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, your typical cereal, bagel, toast, pancakes and oatmeal - I do wish there was a variety the next day instead of the same options. There was coffee/tea available 24/7 which was nice. Hotel also had snacks/microwave lunches to purchase in lobby which was convenient. AC in room was great and room was comfortable, I do wish the room was cleaner as bedding did have one - two stains on blanket and there were a few small hairs in the bathroom. Regardless of those, it was a comfortable stay and I would stay at Tru By Hilton again."

"Thank you for a early check-in but the refrigerator was not cleaned out the rest of the room was cleaned. I called at 0630 am to ask to see if we could get early check in. I was told no because they were full booked because of the holiday weekend. Once arrived at hotel found out that it was a waiting list that the person who answered at 6:30am could of put me on. Yes we did get a room early by 1230. Pool looked nice and clean could go was on a time crunch. Breakfast was great cleaning in the dining area was great. The woman that assisted us on 7/3/2026 at 0930 was very helpful and she really went above and beyond."
