"Nice friendly staff"

"It was in a quiet neighborhood with shops nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant had excellent food and the service was good. The room was clean and spacious. It was only about 40 minutes from the airport. All in all, it was a great place to stay."

"Everything I like"

"Good"

"The hotel is clean and well-maintained with a great breakfast variety, and most staff are welcoming. However, I encountered an issue at check-in: although I booked and paid for a room for three adults via Expedia, the receptionist insisted on an additional 20 JD per night for a third bed. She confirmed the booking was for three guests but claimed the extra bed was not included. To avoid a confrontation while tired from travel, I paid the fee, though this policy is unreasonable."

"Peaceful"

"The staff were extremely helpful and kind! While the shower stall could definitely use an update to meet standard expectations, everything else was fantastic. Other than that minor detail, I highly recommend staying here."

"One of the bath towels was previously used and had what it appeared to be coffee stains or human feced.? I went to the reception and showed it to the staff and their reaction was “we will bring you a clean towel”."
