This establishment is subpar, lacking air conditioning and an elevator. I was compelled to transport my luggage to the third floor alone using stairs. The hotel is situated adjacent to a mall, resulting in constant external noise from conversations. Throughout the night, the road noise is persistent, making it difficult to sleep. The beds are extremely hard. Despite my extensive global travel experience, I have never encountered a hotel of this caliber, particularly in Colombia. I strongly advise against booking this establishment and will never rent it again.

El lugar es agradable, pero en la habitación habian muchos zancudos, por otro lado la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, pero tampoco tiene ventilador.. espero mejores para una próxima estancia.

Upon arrival the desk agent told us the room we booked was not available so he had to separate us 3 girls. He was charging men to smoke and it was such a sketchy environment. We left

Do Not Stay Here

DO NOT stay here! The listing for this property is very misleading. First off, when we arrived, we were told that we did not have a reservation. The front desk guy was anything but pleasant or accommodating. He asked to see the reservation and what I had paid for the night. He even asked me to show him my bank account! (At this point, I felt as if I was being scammed.) He did not believe me even after showing him the two emails. He did not offer to help find the reservation. My finace and I had to take it upon ourselves to make phone calls to get the situation rectified. We eventually got a room. This place is NOT close to the airport. This place does NOT offer shuttle service AT ALL. We had to take an expensive Uber ride to the airport. The "free" toiletries are soap dispensers on the wall, including in the shower. Nothing else. The room was VERY small. The facility was clean but it varied from being "modern" to outdated. The beds were moderately comfortable. The shower head was meh. Strong pressure but the shower head was not the best. I honestly would not stay there again. This is the first time that I have ever had any issues with hotels.com and a stay.
