"Rooms were dated and layout was poor. Sockets were difficult to access. Kettle was in a cupboard. No milk! Had to ask for tea bags constantly. Towels not replaced. Balcony covered in bird poo. Hotel was so expensive. There is profit and then there is extortionate pricing. Soap in rooms was not refilled ..."
