"Very unique hotel in heart of old Lyon. Room 101 was very spacious for us and 2 kids with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Kids nicknamed their bathroom the “cave”. Many restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel for Lyon star."

"Beautiful property, very well located with many places to visit within walking distance. Parking is very easy. A unique experience because of the converted use of an old building. Really like the sustainability aspect of services as well. Enjoyed sauna and spa too! Will stay there again!"

"Great location for exploring beautiful Lyon. I did find our initial arrival into the hotel a bit awkward. The hotel itself is located inside an apartment building so you have to communicate through a buzzer system, then heavy doors and lastly into a very small elevator or two flights of stairs. "Central location minutes from many restaurants. Good comfortable bed. There was a massive lamp over our bed which was a great feature but didn't work so didn't understand the purpose. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a very unattractive stain on the floor. There were inconsistencies with the staff helpfulness. I had asked the woman cleaning our room to leave an extra towel which she forgot to do. When I got back to the hotel and realised there wasn't a towel I called reception and was...

"A nice, safe hotel in the center of town. The front desk staff was very good, but the housekeeping staff left a bit to be desired. We asked at the front desk for extra pillows, which never came so we had to ask housekeeping. They, in turn, had to speak to someone higher up. Eventually the front desk staff brought the pillows after which housekeeping tried to bring them again. Also, we left the room one morning and returned early afternoon and the room had not been serviced. None every returned...
