the room was very spacious and clean, cleaning was to a high standard staff were always available to help shuttle bus was very convenient and always on time breakfast had good options but could have had more variety

The staff was nice and helpful, and the hotel was generally tidy. The rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was mediocre. This hotel is quite far from Masjid al Nabawi, it would take about 40+ minutes to walk there, and the shuttle does not run that often. We often had to take taxis that would cost us 30-40 SAR for one way. Overall the hotel was fine.

Hotel is very modern and the rooms are so spacious!! Breakfast is a good selection buffet The staff are very helpful and friendly. One of the best hotels ive stayed in Just abit far from the Haram due to all the construction works takes around 20mins on the free shuttle service - other than that the hotel is amazing

Great place to stay!

Had a great time at Season Star, the staff was amazing and friendly. The amenities were great such as the breakfast. Our room was clean. Only suggestion would be to increase the frequency of the shuttle, due to construction it takes longer to get to/from the masjid and it would be helpful if the shuttle ran more often
