"This hotel is a true gem in Avignon. I stayed for one night and wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the property. My room was comfortable with a great AC, a little balcony, and stocked with an array of high end bath products. The central garden was a beautiful spot to rest after a day of walking around. "The property is in a nice quiet area. Clean. The pool was great. Paid for shuttle service to airport. Very nice. There was a free shuttle service to one of the restaurants. Food was good. Lots of it. It was a great experience."

"The property sits on a hill a very, very steep hill. There is no handrail so for me somebody with bad knees it was a lot to leave and come back to the hotel. Other than that the staff that I encountered was very friendly very accommodating the pool the breakfast was amazing, but I think it should be posted that there is a steep help because somebody with a handicap would not be able to stay there"
