The Food was very good at both the buffet and Krystal restaurant and we had no problems booking in the restaurants( twice in our 7 nights stay). The Mediterranean restaurant had just closed due to it being low season de we didn’t eat there. I thought the drinks were good value too.

"The hotel was lovely and clean and the food was always fresh and a very good selection. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We stayed in a penthouse suit which we felt could have been a bit bigger and we also had to get 2 x lifts and 2 x small flights of stairs to get to our room from the pool area.
We also had a problem with one of the lifts which got stuck in between floors. We were with 4 other people for about 15 to 20 minutes which was extremely hot and uncomfortable and quite frightening and stressful. We had to eventually step out onto a small stepladder as the door still wouldn’t open properly.
Apart from this we had a great holiday and would probably go back again (but not use the lift)!"
"Breakfast the staff were not monitoring when certain foods etc were running out and had to be chased, then it seemed to take an age. The food was nice though.
The cost of the buffet evening meal was far to steep so never eat there atall, a bit more thought could be used to make it on par with establishments near by.
In general the hotel was nice in a great location the staff were polite and helpful although a little slow as per the breakfast comment.
The safe charge is not justified only the key deposit, this is not mentioned on there website and we were not informed on this during the checkin process"
