"The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. "Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning."

"From Check in to Check out, everything was amazing. Staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. We paid half board and have no complaints with the food service, lots of options and different cultural food on the menu. Staff were also amazing and very efficient whilst dining. "Clean rooms. Towels changed daily. Helpful front desk. 5min from sea. Only downside is parking around the hotel for free. But can always use hotels parking at 12euro but need to pay for whole stay, no daily charge available"

"Wenn man ein Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens Korfu braucht, ist diese Unterkunft sicher ein Top Tipp. 500 Meter zu Fuß und man ist da. Aber als Dauerlõsung kommt es für mich nicht in Frage. Zimmer und Frühstück sind absolut in Ordnung. Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Viele Leihwagen Anbieter in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Als erste oder auch letzte Nacht während der Reise zu empfehlen."
