"While the staff were extremely friendly and nice, the hotel did not have a functioning swimming pool and we were told hadn’t had one for six months. That was a big disappointment. They also couldn’t explain how to connect to the WiFi. The hotel is basic. Given the lack of a pool I doubt I would stay there again."

"I've stayed here before and my experience this time was terrible I will never book there again. The room had no air conditioning properly working, no TV working, the room was not properly cleaned. But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. "We didn't get a chance to find out. We booked a month in advance through Expedia and found out when we arrived that Expedia overbooked the hotel. We had to leave and find another place to stay. The only available option cost $200 more. We were never informed of the issue by Expedia. This level of service is as low as it can get."

"The rooms were clean but there were several people smoking right outside of the entrances. One of our rooms did not have a shower curtain upon arrival. I do have a question re: handicapped accessible rooms. The rooms were on the lower level- which was fine. BUT to get to the breakfast area room, you either walked up and around the outside of the building or climbed stairs. ALSO to use the shower, you had to be able to raise your leg at least 15 inches to clear the side of the tub. THEN TO STEP...
