"Receptionist was very friendly and happy to answer a few questions I had about the stay and check-in/out process. I also found that the hotel was extremely easy to get in and out of. I was nervous about staying in the middle of the city, but It was really easy driving and walking. The room was solid. Very well furnished for a hotel room and I have no complaints about the accommodations. To keep things brief, I'll definitely look here first for my next Nashville trip. Would not hesitate to stay...

"First time staying at this hotel in Nashville. We loved it- good location- friendly staff- pretty lobby and very nice bar. Bartender friendly and made delicious drinks. "Our room was great and super clean. However, the staff at the front desk in the morning were rude and unprofessional. We extended our stay and needed to check back in and they called us at 9am. Check out is at 11 and check in is at 4. What was the rush to get my credit card number when I just stayed 3 nights without any problems. The female staff in the morning was very rude!!!! She snapped at my daughter telling her she gave her 2 keys when in fact she gave me 2 keys several hours prior. I will...
