"We loved our staycation during our trip. It was clean, had good quality furniture and peaceful, We had trouble finding the building and the communication was super helpful. What we wished for was having some shampoo, body wash, and more toilet tissues than what was left on the holders. I definitely recommend this place. "

"A quirky old hotel with large classic rooms with high ornate ceilings, dog friendly and next to river and town centre square with shops n eateries galore, we had a fabulous time for 3 nights, will stay again in the future"

"We spent one night here on a road trip of Scotland, this place to us felt grand, cosy and super relaxing! The location and the grounds on this spot is obviously the best part about it, we were blessed with good weather but I can imagine this spot is prefect all year round! "We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Apex Dundee, our room was really comfortable and spacious with a fabulous view across to the Tay Bridge and V&A. We ate in the restaurant and bar and everything was fresh and tasty. Looking forward to coming back!"

"A great wee find. Welcoming, cheery staff and a clean, tidy room. Food options were all good, and the fish was delicious and fresh. Happy to recommend and return"

"This hotel was better than I ever expected. Modern decor inside and very helpful staff."

"This was a wonderful place. Friendly, welcoming staff! Lovely comfortable room. It was only about a 9 minute drive to the center of Perth. I would definitely stay there again."

"Nice and convenient for the city centre however the cleaning could leave a lot to be desired. Room was really not cleaned just my bed made poorly daily and if I was lucky dirty cups replaced for clean on some days. My used plate from Monday was never removed despite requests to have the room cleaned. Parking was also a challenge. Don’t go indoors unless you know there is parking as there is no way to turn your car and you have to manoeuvre up the ramp by reversing. Other than that staff were...

"The room was very good indeed the staff were friendly and the meals had a good selection and quality."

"When it’s chilly it’s worth turning the radiator on prior to guests arriving."
