"The hotel was good. The facilitate have to be improve as 4 star hotel. Also for the food, please provide some local food to taste every guest who are satujng at the hotel. I was asking to the staff posibikity get the video about Taja Ampat, but they didn't give it. I hope they can share that video to all guests who are asking. So that can be promotion for others"
"We had a fantastic stay at Smugglers Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The resort has a laid-back island vibe with beautiful beachfront views and plenty of space to relax and unwind.

"All the staff were wonderful. Our second time there and they remembered our names and couldn’t have looked after us any better. The Kids Club staff were brilliant (shout out to Isi and Tash) who cared for and loved our grandchildren each time they went. One of our grandchildren had their birthday while we were there and they made it so special for her, even organising a cake.
