"Excellent stay in a very special unique hotel."

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small. Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."

"Staff were very courteous and helpful. Valet parking made arrival super easy. The welcome drink was a nice touch, however, even though check in was at 3.00pm, we had to wait until after 4.00 until the room was ready. Breakfast was quite good, with ample choice, but not exceptional. Pool was nice, but a problem with the heating made it a little cool. Room was very clean and comfortable, although the TV had issues and did not work properly. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, but just missed the...

"My daughter and I enjoyed a memorable stay here at the Hyatt. All staff, from Bellhop to Reception, were professional and courteous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room (Riverview) was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The view out across the River Yarra, Arts center, and MCG was amazing, especially so at night. A thoroughly enjoyable stay; thank you Hyatt. "Smoke detector had a cover over it, couch had cig burn on it as did the coffee table. Balcony door did not lock. There was an annoying constant beep all night which before we left found it to be the washing machine."

"Good location close to casino, river and Southbank restaurants. The hotel had a 24 hour reception. Good security with only those staying able to access the elevators. The room was clean and modern with a comfy bed and good shower with nice shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There were in room coffee machine and tea making facilities. Would stay again if the price was right."

"We requested twin beds and they provided us a complimentary upgrade to meet our request. We stayed for four nights and we were given two milk packets. When we asked for more milk packets after staying for two nights and the staff said they only provided milk packets when checking in. We were disappointed on this response as there was no information on this arrangement."
