"Beautiful hotel"

"After reserving through Expedia because we had security concearns over a previous hotel, We arrived at the counter to be told Expedia overbooked and they had to cancel our stay. The staff were really nice and empathic and tried to help us find a new place to stay. The place looked great but we were canceled because of the overbooking situation. I noticed I was charged that night which I never stayed. After explaining my situation through Expedia, it was determined not refundable even though they...

"This was a lovely experience. We just stayed overnight but would definitely return. The staff was accommodating, due to a group staying for a sporting event, there were many young players around the common area. My room was on the first floor so I asked to be moved to a room further away. I was changed to 3rd floor and had a great night’s sleep. Woke up to a nice breakfast and got on the road. It was a lovely and comfortable stay."

"Everything was perfect at this hotel. Beds were comfortable. Room was spotless . Breakfast was excellent and coffee was alwas fresh. Rae st the front desk was delightful and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again!!"

"The room was dirty.. faded old carpet.. the bathroom was so gross. The towels were so rough. Breakfast was extra and ao greasy non of us ate. My daugters room was also dirty. There AC quit working. "
