The hotel exceeded my expectation, check-in was easy, they even had the electronic checkin. The room was nice, the bathroom very clean, the hotel as a whole was clean and tidy. We stay at the Grand Hyatt, Melbourne every year for our wedding anniversary. Every year we are so impressed with the staff, food & service. The rooms are beautiful and if you opt in for the river view you will be impressed. We also regularly have a message at the Hyatt's Spa, best experience.
