Only thing I would say is that I requested lactose free milk in the room on my booking and they provided full cream, I'm sure they'd have fixed it if I'd asked (I ended up buying a bottle for the week anyway). They offered suggestions for dining, shopping, etc, and made sure we were enjoying our stay at the hotel. Our room was very clean and quiet. It was very easy to walk to the main shopping streets from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small. Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."
