"Town Suites was very clean. Comfortable beds. Wonderful water pressure in shower which is not always the case at hotels. Friendly staff. Near the subway so traveling to Manhattan was convenient. We had delicious meals at nearby restaurants. Quiet hotel during our stay so very relaxing while we were there. "

"The price is fear but the hotel does not have parking you need to look for one, the neighbour where the hotel is located does not feel safe. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean and functional."

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"Stayed here because it was close to the Barclays Center. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful immediately. Very close to subways and great places to eat! Clean room, bed, bathroom and comfortable for us."

"The air conditioner needs to be looked at because it makes a screeching sound. For an ADA room, it’s not very ADA. You need more clearance around the bed as only 1 side had the 37” clearance. Bathroom had an acrylic holding soaps balanced between the 2 grab bars. It’s strange that the entrance is in the basement and someone else has to go down to then ask the staff to call the elevator so you can get down. We made it work but it could be better, especially for the price. "

"Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. Key cards were not working when I arrived. They had to pry open my door for me to get in every time. Smoke alarm battery was low so there was a constant beep through the night."

"I’ll start by saying the location was convenient, especially being close to the subway. However, that was about the only positive. The surrounding area felt dirty, and while the staff was friendly enough, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was uncomfortable. The entire building constantly smelled like weed and just downright terrible. There was a lot of traffic in and out of rooms throughout the night, and we witnessed people booking rooms for just a few hours at a time…. The room itself had...
