"Our room was on the third floor and was two floors (bed and one bathroom upstairs), which was different. I wouldn't recommend that setup if you're trying to avoid stairs. Otherwise, the room was nice for our one night there."

"We had no hot water 5 days!!! Front desk workers were very unsympathetic. Manager, Rob, was no where to be found! No AC in hallways so very hot. AC was loud and didn’t work very efficiently. There was also some sort of vent in the hallway that was so loud! Half of the tv channels didn’t work"

"I honestly don’t understand how this inn has an “Excellent” rating on this app. The bathroom has no exhaust fan, so unpleasant odors stay in the room. The sink is located outside the bathroom, which is inconvenient. The lighting is also very poor throughout the room except in the bathroom area. The room, carpet, and bed linens did not look properly cleaned. There was visible rust and dirt around the corners of the door and walls, and the area outside the room entrance was not well maintained....

"The property smell really bad, the lady from front desk give me a spray to be able to sleep in the room, but she told me we can change the room but is extra $320 , they need to clean the bathroom, rooms and hallways, the swimming pool was dirty. Everything is bad , I want my $700 back please , I did the complaint but they didn’t answered my request."
