"The front desk people were very unhelpful. I presented them with pictures & videos of rodents in the bed. They said I can reach out to Expedia for a full refund, when I reached out to Expedia they said the hotel only approved of a $24 refund. This is completely ridiculous. Room 428.
The furnace cover was broken and on the bed when we arrived. The AC was not working. 2 service calls. We were told no more rooms available.
The curtains were literally shredded. Like from a cat.
Refrigerator not cooling well enough.
The Toilet seat was falling off. Shower curtain was ripped.
A Mile walk to the pool in a separate building. So if you want to go swimming in the winter it’s probably very annoying. The bowling alley was close for a private party. Probably...
