"There was no running water or flushable toilets for 12 hours and staff did not alert us at all, did not offer water or help of any kind. They did not close, despite the health code violations. Staff members were flippant and uncaring so we checked out early. Our room was musty and outdated. Please"

"The shuttle was such a nice amenity the room was super comfortable. The view was amazing from our room and the kids loved the pool. Great location easy walk to town and beach. Will definitely come back."

"While only 15 minutes from the Newport mansions, this hotel provided a wonderful respite if you're planning on driving around town. The hotel was clean, the staff very accommodating - even checking in mid-stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Our king-sized bed room was roomy and quiet! We couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or other guests. The breakfast is also amazing! So many options! We look forward to another trip to Newport and the Hampton Inn & Suites!"
