"I chose Hyatt Centric Beale Street because I stayed here two years ago with a professional group and had a great experience. This stay was more mixed. We tried to rent a pool cabana using the posted QR code, but it didn’t work. We informed the assistant manager, who repeatedly pointed at the sign instead of speaking with us. After confirming the QR code wasn’t working himself, he removed the sign and walked away without apologizing or offering another solution. A waiter later explained another...
