The TV is not functioning, there is no microwave, the floor is so dirty and the pillows too thin and small, no fridge, not well lighted hallway.

This hotel was the worst experience I have ever had.\n Took 2 hours to get checked in hotel. Looked like it's under renovation.\n Room door was broke roaches, everywhere TV didn't work. It was the worst weekend of my life.

Refrigerator didn’t stay closed, no washing machine or dryer, no restaurant available on site, the photos must be from 20 years ago, looks nothing like or clean from those advertised pics,. I ask to have my refrigerator changed out because it wouldn’t stay closed, from desk me it that the only reason I want it changed, duh yeah, it serves no purpose if it can’t stay shut. Never room there again

When we arrived the smell of cigarettes greeted you at the door. Went to check in the staff was confused. First they said they didn't have may reservation and then they said the system was down and then they told me the room we booked was down and had no air conditioning. They offered to put 4 adults in a one king bed room. We went use the bathroom and it was disgusting, dirty, no tissue, no soap and bugs in the sink. We hall butt getting away from that hotel. Do not recommend staying here with are without children. The health department/city of memphis somebody needs the go out and inspect that hotel. The smell so bad it triggered me and my daughters asthma

Found roach in both bed and bathroom, for the price and location really can’t be too mad. Plus, the staff was great got me another room without any problem, but the batteries on door dies got locked out room and was told the 50 deposit would be returned and as of yet has not been.

This whole place is absolutely trifling, disgusting, abnormal, ugly, nasty, the worst hotel in my whole life. Do not go here. They faked their photos. + They have mold on the roof, and bugs and roaches, and used towels. They didn't have anything they said. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I went to co check in and they didn’t have my room I booked so they put me in a different room for the night and the bathroom was gross and seen a cockroach crawling in the bathroom and the tv didn’t work I went and told the front desk worker he seemed like he didn’t care and I requested a refund and they refused to give me one when I’m not gonna stay in a hotel that’s gross

This hotel was nice to stay in for the night. The staff was able to fix any issues that arose in my stay immediately. The location was convenient with food options surrounding it.
