"We had a fabulous stay in this hotel - the level of service and personal attention was fantastic - from accommodating our later than planned arrival and later dinner time, through to every interaction with staff. The set dinner tasing menu of 9 courses was very special and the welcome drink at the bar in front of the stove was thoughtful and a lovely touch as were all the little treats and drinks. "We (couple) were very late arriving due to an issue earlier that day. Once we figured out the right phone number to call, the staff were only too happy to stay back an extra half hour for us to check in.
