"The pool lounger system is the one major flaw here, and it needs fixing. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots. Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”...

"Fantastic location across the street from Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni and a very short walk to the downtown lakefront. Spacious, clean and modern - just a very nice and comfortable apartment. The pool area is simply wonderful - modern and well designed. Pool area is private, with a tree-covered hill behind, green area to one side and the Basilica of St. Giacomo on the other side. "Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you."

"When I purchased the room it had different pictures of the studio. It never said that the red couch in the living room was sofá couch and that's where you would sleep. It said it had one bedroom , and it still does , there is no bedroom . The bed was a pull out bed from the couch . When I got to the room , there was no sofá couch.
