"We are local residents and booked this hotel primarily to use the Topgolf Swing Suite. Unfortunately, we received conflicting information about its availability. In the evening, we were told it was closed, but the next morning we were informed that it only operates in the evenings. Since this was one of the main reasons for our stay, it was disappointing.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly. However, there was only one set of towels in the room despite multiple guests on the reservation, which was inconvenient.
Another downside was the expensive parking fee.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but clearer communication regarding the Swing Suite and better attention to room preparation would have improved our experience."
