"The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. The room was a little dirty with stains on the ceiling and walls. The shower drain was clogged. The biggest issue was the visitors upstairs were extremely loud. I’m guessing this is a typical expectation from the hotel because they have you sign a waiver on the weekend saying you will be kicked out if you are too loud. "

"The hotel was good, but some of the amenities were lacking, example: your room has a full kitchen but they only give you one trash bag, one packet of dish soap. Other than that the hotel, the room was clean, the staff were nice and helpful."

The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. "The room is perfect. It's so much more affordable than the other dozen hotels in the area. We were just evicted from my home after my identity was stolen. My landlord lied and stole EVERYTHING from my home, cars, and family and our stay here is the first time we have felt safe in months. "I could gave it 1 star because I had to. This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed at. Nothing in the room was cleaned. Toilet was a mess. The bathroom door frame was half broken. Durty walls. There were even receipts left in the drawers. We had to wipe it down with clorox wipes and it was disgusting. A room in that kind of condition had no business being rented out. Inexplicable conditions. Unacceptable. "

"Our room was quite small. The pool was cold and the hot tub is permanently closed. Disappointing since it was spring break & the entire reason for booking was for those amenities. "

"I stay here for weekend work in Cleveland and it is perfect for me. There was no freezer in the fridge, I needed that, all rooms are different though. All my rooms have been very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the staff not pounding on my door for cleaning as I work nightshift and I sleep during the day. Friendly Staff! I also love that there are so many different choices for places to eat. Also there is a Walmart/Dollar General and Dollar tree nearby. Among others. Great Area!"
