"I stay here for weekend work in Cleveland and it is perfect for me. There was no freezer in the fridge, I needed that, all rooms are different though. All my rooms have been very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the staff not pounding on my door for cleaning as I work nightshift and I sleep during the day. Friendly Staff! I also love that there are so many different choices for places to eat. Also there is a Walmart/Dollar General and Dollar tree nearby. Among others. Great Area!"

"This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one...

"The room is perfect. It's so much more affordable than the other dozen hotels in the area. We were just evicted from my home after my identity was stolen. My landlord lied and stole EVERYTHING from my home, cars, and family and our stay here is the first time we have felt safe in months. "Friendly check-in. The room and bathroom were very clean. Included breakfast bagel bar had plenty to start the day off with. Price much better than other local hotels. Impressed with this location and will stay here in the future. Highly recommend…"

"The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. The room was a little dirty with stains on the ceiling and walls. The shower drain was clogged. The biggest issue was the visitors upstairs were extremely loud. I’m guessing this is a typical expectation from the hotel because they have you sign a waiver on the weekend saying you will be kicked out if you are too loud. "

"Parking was convenient.,lobby is Hugh but they do not have seats for people who can't stand in line .the were a few handicapped people in line including myself... breakfast not offered...the clerk gave my the room number and the key...when I got to the room it had not been cleaned..door was open..bed had not sheets on it...I saw the housekeeping crew up the hallway..I called for them to come check my room . nothing had been wiped down..so I had to sit there while they cleaned the room... carpet...
