"The casino was okay it was hard to get drinks service when playing casino slot machines and the hotel room that was assigned to us was infested with nets after complaining for two days they finally moved us to another room which was a lot better. We will not stay there again until they update their hotel rooms and cleaning facilities otherwise we had awesome time in New Orleans "

"This is the perfect property if you are going on a cruise out of New Orleans. Walkable to the cruiseport. Large suite rooms. Great staff. Awesome location in the warehouse disrict close to casino and restaurant. Clean. Will stay again."

"When I checked in the bed had blood stains which I took pics of and showed them along with toe nail clippings between both beds. I slept fully clothed on top of blankets. Never again will I stay at a Hilton. "

"Great Location and not in the heart of French Quarter, which is good. Only 5 minute walk to French Quarter. A lot of old world charm but still with modern conveniences. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Looking forward to going back next year. "

"The staff were all very nice and rooms were clean. It was a great location, close enough to walk to everything but not loud. Be aware there is no elevator and there are 3 floors. It is a charming building with a beautiful little courtyard."

"If you like unique accommodations that are not cookie-cutter like all chain accommodations are, stay at a wonderful location in the French Quarter. The outdoor areas are filled with gardens and beautiful greenery. We were in room 303 and heard no noise at night! We highly recommend this beautiful property"

"This place was exactly as the photos, the place was so clean, perfect location walking distance to everything and everywhere. The courtyard was everything. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were great and very accommodating. We flew in early and they were able to hold our bags before and after checkin and out. You don’t need a car. We did not use the parking but there is a parking lot they use across the street for a fee. We are already planning on coming back and staying at the French...
