"Cabin, mattress and bed comforter are old. I think all of these needs to be replaced. The hallway bathroom door knob needs to be replaced. "It took over an hour for me to be able to get into the cabin - wrong code for door. I received the correct code the next day. A door was left opened and that is how I was able to get inside - very unsafe. No napkins and no response. It took a little over 30 minutes to be able to get inside the community because of car check in. I was told parking was $40 per car and when I arrived it was $50. I asked for the listed price to be honored and was told no. I was told twice that I would get a response...

"The 5 Star Rental that WASN'T Booking/Registration; lots of extra paperwork. Errors in our reservation; difficult o resolve Had o wait in line for almost 1/2 hr to enter the resort AND pay parking fees! At the rental the covered walkway was leaking There's a fireplace. There is no wood. You have to call for someone to bring wood, at $10 a pop...in a storm...at night. Main TV...volume wouldn't go above a whisper, even with a blue tooth speaker attached. DVD player and stereo; not hooked...
