"A lovely place to stay…we were staying for a Thorpe park visit which is just a 5 minute drive away. Rooms were comfy, had everything needed and great air conditioning for the heat wave! Breakfast really good too and we ate in pub one night and found both service and food to be great. Highly recommend, we will likely return!"

"Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! Highly recommend Edwinas home!"

"We arrived at 3pm, the check in staff were lovely & helpful. Our room was clean, tidy (1 Double Premium Sofa Bed) - the aircon was lovely as it was already on! Some of the room could have used a lick of paint, some areas needed some moderate fixes to have lifted this up to five stars. Overall though clean, comfortable & the tea / coffee facilities were lovely. Milk in the fridge too :) We had cocktails & bar snacks around 4pm which were tasty, good sized portions. As the weather was so nice...

"I was concerned by low price and “guest house” in name, I have been caught out before by some cheaper bookings in Heathrow area. However!!! I cannot fault the value of my single ensuite room! Then to top it off the Italian restaurant below was amazing. I will definitely be using again."

"Context- the hotel parking is flooded and had to walk through the water to get to the reception causing our shoes and feet to get soaked. Whilst at the reception my partner walked in and I caught the receptionist named REV laughing and smirking at my partner this is so unprofessional. Her service was not good at all gave no direction how to find my room and did not apologise about the flooding. "The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...
