"My company paid for three rooms for our employees. When one of the employees tried to check in, they were denied entry by the manager. We had already pre-paid and the manager was incredibly rude to our employee who was trying to check in. Also stated that they would be keeping the money we alreayd paid for the rooms and not offering us a refund."

"The property was in a convenience, location, right off the highway, which made it easy to access the mini surrounding areas. The property was large, had a nice pool, gym. and laundry room. The staff were so very friendly and helpful and there was a nice breakfast buffet each morning. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return."

"Definitely off the beaten path! Was a little concerned when we first pulled up because the pictures on line do not show the neighborhood. After getting the history of the little town I was happy we chose Green bridge Inn. Cool history and sites to see."

"We needed an affordable option close to downtown Aspen and this hotel exceeded our expectations! Likely it was more affordable because it was summer. Short hop to Aspen meant we could get settled and then drive back downtown. The room was clean and had coffee, lots of towels, lots of seating and surfaces, a balcony with a view, and bathrobes, and there was a coffee/tea/chai/cocoa machine for free by the front desk (which dispensed actually very good beverages). We would stay again!"

"The code provided didn’t work. Many attempts were made to contact staff with no success. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. We received a message the next morning from the staff. We paid for a room we could not use. There were several people at the property with the same issue. The staff does not answer the phone or respond to the chat feature they send."
