It was a beautiful place. As soon as you entered everything was so decorated with a purpose. The lap pool was beautifully placed. The staff was always available and sweet. Location, location, location. You were close to everything. In the corner a bar with a great salsa music.

The room the entire place is spotless. I was a solo travel and felt safe. Very walkable. About 10-15mins to what central Merida has to offer.

La habitación estaba muy bien, la limpieza impecable. Sin embargo el agua de la alberca se encontraba algo turbia. Por otro lado, creo que el personal de recepción necesita un poco más de capacitación, pues se nota poca experticia en el trato con los huéspedes.

Absolutely loved Casa Amate 62! Gorgeous rooms, spotless and comfy. Even with the AC turned off, the rooms stayed refreshingly cool, making it the perfect haven from Mérida’s heat. The hotel has a charming mix of modern style and Yucatán character.

Fantastic staff! From front desk to bar to cleaning personnel, you couldn’t ask for better people! We enjoyed the tranquil surroundings, a convenient store next door for snacks/waters/etc, and a laundry service just around the corner. Only a short walk to the Plaza Grande, Santa Lucia park, Parque Hildago, parque de la Plancha, and Paseo de Montejo.
