This is a quirky and unique property! There are a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind if mobility may be an issue (it wasn't for us). I didn't find the bed comfortable at all, though you may if you like a very firm mattress. Breakfast isn't included, but there is a small restaurant on site with tasty options. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, even though we don't speak Spanish. The rooftop was a nice place to relax after a day of walking & had a great view! They don't have a bar, but there is a liquor store a couple of blocks away. The round house ruins next door were interesting, though I didn't get a chance to ask for a history. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Lo que destaca es la ubicación 100%, si ésta es tu prioridad, será la mejor opción. Viajé sola y me sentí segura. Es tranquilo, y tener en cuenta que es una propiedad antigua, colonial, y mi habitación se sentía algo vieja y fría, vacía, pero limpia, cumplió el objetivo de descansar, pasear, y tener aire acondicionado. Las chicas en recepción muy amables y me apoyaron consiguiendo taxi para tomar el tren Maya. La tarifa fue justa y estoy satisfecha con la experiencia. Muchas gracias.

Easy to walk around. Half of the staff really nice the the other half unfriendly. The room we got (suite 100 had an unfinished floor which is no big deal but it was quite noisy and there are lots of mosquitos in the room eating you alive.

Me encantó el lugar

Está padrísimo el hotel reservé en el área que llaman La Villa está espectacular y privado de hecho vale la pena ir en familia por lo menos 12 personas está lindisimo y el precio bastante accesible

I did not like the room espepcially the bathroom. The shower drainaige was the worst I have ever encountered during my years travelling. Pretty dirty. Smell awkward. Needs alot of improvement.

Si te toca la habitacion 1 o alguna que la ventana de hacia la calle, no la aceptes, el ruido de las motitos que andan en la calle no te dejará dormir, las ventanas que tiene, no aminoran en nada el ruido, lo de mas esta dentro de lo aceptable, como la poca iluminacion, no dan clave wifi, no hay extractor en el baño y se escucha el ruido de los aires acondicionados de otras habitaciones, por los 1513 que me cobraron por una noche, creo que puedes encontrar algo mejor

No nos dieron la habitacion hasta las 15 a pesar de que habíamos llegado por la mañana y el hotel estaba vacío. Con lo que apenas pudimos disfrutar del hotel ni de la piscina para descansar. No nos había pasado en ningún otro hotel de México.

En general bien el personal amable no obstante muy rigurosos con la hora de salida de la habitación a pesar de ser miembro Golden de Expedia y sobre todo que fue en temporada baja. El restaurante es muy pequeño y hay una sola empleada que no es grosera pero si cortante y no contesta cuando uno le pregunta .
