The rooms are immaculate. Alberto and Hector in the reception office were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The whole entire staff for breakfast were outstanding. I can’t say enough. I am spellbound by the whole experience here. The topper was Raul the owner sitting down with us at breakfast and just making us feel like family. If you are planning a trip here to the beautiful city of Merida I would highly recommend that you consider staying here. I’m leaving today, but I wish I could stay. Thank you to the entire staff and thank you Raul for making us feel so welcome. It was a pleasure to be here.

Incredible service with friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and homelike environment. When leaving on early tours, staff made sure we had a boxed breakfast, coffee and a backpack with towels and hats for a day on the beach or Cenotes. Had an amazing stay and hope to be back soon.

Mansión Mérida is spectacular. We were welcomed with a drink and a fruit basket, and loved the daily treats in our room. The room upgrade was stunning, and the pool was incredibly refreshing. The service from the concierge team was world-class, and meeting the owner, Don Raúl, was a highlight. He even took a photo of us, which was delivered in a frame in our room and he met us as we were leaving to give us a thank you letter. Breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was truly personal. A gem in the heart of the city!

Raul is the owner of this magnificent property. We have travelled many places all over the world and I would have to say that this was the best. This property needs to be in the movies. It is absolutely spectacular. Not only are the surroundings, unlike any other, we have been at, the service is exemplary. This truly was one of the most special vacations we have ever had. It is not a mansion with an abundance of rooms. However, because of the smaller amount of gas, you truly feel like you are a VIP! Thank you so much for the most memorable vacation. We would definitely come back. Truly exemplary in every aspect possible.

Amazing property! A mansion which is not only grand and beautiful but importantly has amazing staff and owner who treats you like family and makes you feel at home. Breakfast was excellent - you must try the tamales! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful - so relaxing coming back to it after a day exploring Maya ruins or on the beach or walking around Merida.

Mansión Mérida was more than a hotel. It was an over-the-top experience, the very best of everything. The attention to detail was outstanding. The city of Mérida is beautiful but sometimes a bit hectic and noise. The answer was to step through the front door of Mansión Mérida and be transported to a zen-like atmosphere of tranquility. The owner was warm and welcoming and the staff were superb. Mansión Mérida ranks at the top of our list.

This is a very nice property well located a block from the main plaza with plenty of good restaurants (fine dining to hole-in-the-wall) as well as shopping nearby. The property is stunning--an old mansion. The courtyard where breakfast is served is beautifully landscaped. Everything is well decorated and well kept. Our suite was very spacious. Lots of the extras you often get at a boutique hotel like this. The staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. On days we had to leave before breakfast they had coffee, juice and a box lunch for us to take. We also had towels, caps, and bug spray to take on our tours. We booked our own tours, but they can do that too. The restaurant and bar look very nice and the outside space was very busy every day. Lovely place. If we return to Merida, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Mansion Merida is a real gem. The converted mansion is so lovely, they serve a great breakfast in the central courtyard and our room was very comfortable. The staff is the perfect mix of professional, attentive and friendly - they scheduled tours and made us feel right at home. The owner, Raul, is very hands on and greeted guests every day. The location on a cute square just a block from the cathedral square and two from the Park Santa Lucia is central to the city sites. We lived Mansion Merida and hope to visit again.

Hotel is charming and lovely. The staff, including the owner, could not have been any more helpful or considerate. A real pleasure. The only caveat is some noise at night in the front of the hotel that could be disturbing if you're a light sleeper. Despite that, the hotel is great in every respect.

Staying at the Mansion Merida was wonderful in all respects. It was like staying in a warm cocoon in Merida. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Everyone knew our name on day one and treated us like family, not merely guests. Our room was also very lovely.

Mansion Mérida was nothing short of exceptional. Excellent staff and amenities in a beautiful and unique setting. The attention of staff and even the owner was incredible. The breakfast (included) was delicious. Highly recommend!

As my former profession in the hospitality industry I am mindful of the challenges in providing a service that exceeds customer expectations. In our 4 day stay at the property the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. From the greeting received on arrival by “Hector” to the fabulous services provided by Alberto, Juan, Cindy (food and beverage) & all other staff interactions with Ivan , Enrique and many more the professionalism and attention to detail was very much appreciated. The food and beverages were first class and kudos to the chef & kitchen staff 👏. Your food preparation and presentation were excellent. It was a pleasure to meet the boutique hotel owner Raul Caseras who checked with us daily to ensure our stay was of an excellent standard. After having travelled extensively in North America and Europe it was a true pleasure to experience the 1st class service that we received. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and encourage visitors to truly enjoy a 1st class property with 1st class service.
