"There was no hot water on the 4th floor for the duration of our stay. The front desk kept resetting the hot water tanks, but it never resolved the lack of hot water issue."

The room had the essentials needed for our stay but it was nice to see we could borrow pots/pans to use the kitchenette if needed. I peronally appreciated that the shower curtain was clean and free of mold. The parking lot lighting was better in certain areas than others but we did not feel unsafe. The breakfast was simple packaged pastries and coffee but McDonald's and breakfast...

"My family including my 1 year old child was placed in a room that absolutely stunk like cigarette smoke. There was a burn hole in our comforter on the bed I had to sleep in. Cigarette burs on side of the tub. Tub was dirty, a previous guests soap was left in shower. Dirty hand print on wall of shower. Pink dye all over inside of tub. The most disgusting room I ever had to stay in. Room 139. They should be ashamed to give that to a guest."

While it wasn't right in the middle of everything, it was only about a 10–15 minute drive to plenty of restaurants and food options, which was very convenient."

"Breakfast was good. Most staff who spoke English were very helpful. Others were really nice but couldn’t be helpful due to language. The air conditioner was pretty loud but kept the room cool during the heat wave we experienced while staying at the holiday inn. Overall service was good, we didn’t need to use a lot of the amenities and the hotel is in fairly good condition. It served the purpose after the first night, I got used to the ac sound and I was able to sleep better for the remaining...
