"The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door.
Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....

"The property we thought we were getting had some sort of issue so the host messaged us two days before and gave us two other options. Neither were as nice as the one we originally signed up for. We got there and the place reeked of cigarette smoke. The microwave didn’t work and we could not find the remote for the tv in the bedroom. We messaged the host about that and they never followed up. "The hotel is a little older and you can see the wear and tear a bit. It was very clean. I would suggest maybe upgrading to TVs you can stream your device to.
The staff was AWESOME. They are so polite and helpful and friendly. They more than made up for any issues with the building or technology. "

"Maybe just a tough weekend but the credit card machine and room charge feature weren't working at the bar. The front doors kept opening and closing noisily despite the fact that no one was around them. On the other hand, the bartender D always makes this stop my favorite stop of the trip and so I'll never pick a different hotel on my way out of Columbus! Not to mention, the location so close to the rental drop off and airport is too convenient to pass up and the shuttle service is great."

"After being woke up at 2am and again at 4:45am by the guest next door, I was informed he is dropped off by his father and the hotel “babysits” him until someone comes back to pick him up. It could be days before someone returns. The night manager and the day manager both stated he has mental issues.
I was unaware of this property being a “safe house” facility and would have reserved my one night stay somewhere else that wasn’t as expensive. I paid more thinking it would be a better experience...
