"The people working the desk and at the hotel are all very friendly and nice. The problem is the lack of cleanliness. The room was unkept and had a wall air conditioner that was propped on a lamp. The filter of it was filthy. I know this because the inside of the wall
unit was open and exposed to the room. Just not a hotel I would go to again."

"It's a great place to stay in Eagle River, Alaska. Everything is like brand new. It is extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would like to suggest is that some chairs we put outside of the rooms on the walkway so that three is someplace to sit outside when the weather is nice. We will definitely stay there again. Our next visit to Eagle River."

"We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is. The rooms were very large. Comfy beds. Quiet. Lobby area was very nice with fireplace, library, pool table, etc. breakfast was ok. Things were running low by the time we got there but at least the empty coffee urn was replenished!"
